Sports Consultancy, Education, Events and Tourism
We provide advisory services connected to sports sector and carry out various on-the-field undertakings such as Coaching Athletes (Strength & Conditioning), Movement Analysis, Sports Massage and Injury Preventative Measures. Likewise; short education/training programmes on different sports-related subjects, promoting sport tourism and organizing sport events are part and parcel of our operations.
Health Promotion and Community Development
We engage in Health Promotion in a number of settings including, but not limited to, schools and education entities, workplaces, neighbourhoods as well as primary care and hospitals. To us, Community Development is both a philosophy and a means to attain Health Promotion and similar improvements in such sectors as education, sports and culture. We offer language services involving Swedish and Kiswahili although English is embodied occasionally. Well-documented interpretation and translation works are affirmed by several Interpretation and Translation Bureaus in Sweden that have been assigning varied duties to us since year 2006. This site is merely a platform for Alfred Shemweta personally, his creative works and other business undertakings. It carries forward the spirit of SHEMWETA INVEST AB (abbreviated herein as SIAB), which has undergone a voluntary liquidation under the laws of Sweden.
The objectives of the Company was to provide consultancy services and undertake all kinds of business operations connected to sports industry, sports-tourism, cultural and artisan fields. The Company also undertook services involving interpretation, translation and creative writing as well as Health Promotion.

Our major goal is to strengthen business operations in Sweden as well as exploring new markets internationally - particularly in Tanzania.

In Tanzania
In Tanzania, Alfred Shemweta has successfully managed to arrange a one day Sports Management & Sports Leadership Seminar in Zanzibar. He has also successfully organized well appreciated Running Events called Dar Es Salaam International Athletics Meeting (DIAM – Road Race) in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar International Athletics Meeting (ZIAM – Road Race).
Shemweta continues to work on a number of strategies for marketing and selling books as well as other efforts aiming at Physical Education and related subjects in Tanzania and East Africa at large.
