April 27, 2011 - New clinic address for massage therapy now at Malmövägen 14

Our new clinic address for Swedish Classic Massage and sports massage service in Sweden is now settled. We'll be attending people at Malmövägen 14, Johanneshov (about 200 metres from Hammarbyhöjden Train station) from 3rd of May 2011. Extended service at client's working place or home as well as at sports events is available on request. The easiest way to make an appointment is through our online scheduling system. Appointments can also be done through telephone or e-mail contact. Welcome!

March 22, 2011 - Worthwhile training experience

Some stories are so expressive enough to demonstrate the extent of wellness acquired through physical exercising. Ann-Sofie's training experience and how meaningful last Sunday's running session was to her is simply one of such appealing stories. March 16, 2011 - Training with PwC-Stockholm prior to Lidingöloppet

Over 400 employees of PwC in Stockholm Sweden are reported to have entered themselves for various group training sessions as part of preparations toward Lidingöloppet , a popular cross-country race in Sweden. The workout company, Running Sweden, coordinates and provides running expertise to the project partcipants - commencing today until September 2011. We are proud to be part of the instructors' task force.

February 12, 2011 - Massage Therapy at Högalid's Church - Stockholm

Alfred Shemweta was among several Massage Therapists treating people at a well-liked program known as Hämta Andan (Swedish words for recover one's breath) that took place at Högalid's Church in Stockholm. Through councelling, massage, Qi-gong and other activities or simply taking a nap, visitors from all walks of life would come closer to their spirits (souls) hence picking up inner energy to help them endure their daily life. The program is arranged in a very calm and quiet atmosphere around the Church. We feel privileged being part of the program for the second time (November 13, 2010 being the first time for us).

January 15, 2011 - Collaboration with Click Media Co. LTD

Shemweta Invest AB has initiated a business partnership with Click Media Co. LTD in Tanzania so as to gain better recognition of our products and services in the educational issues of sports sector and its related fields of work. Among other things Click Media Co. LTD publishes the Schools Collection magazine a pupular school catalogue in Tanzania. We are hopping for a mutually rewarding partnership.

December 26, 2010 - Marketing of the book Miongozo Yakinifu Sekta ya Michezo continues

Miongozo Yakinifu Sekta ya Michezo, authored by Alfred Shemweta, is introduced further to the meant market. Several blogs in the Tanzania have already picked up on the book since earlier this afternoon. Mohammed Dewji Blog, Sufiani Mafoto, Lady Jay Dee and Michuzi are among them. Written in Kiswahili, the book aims at boosting sports education in Tanzania and East Africa at large.

November 20, 2010 - Massage Therapy in Tanzania (Sports Massage, etc)

Arrangements are being made to enable a trial-month of Massage Therapy in Tanzania whereas Swedish Classic Massage and Sports Massage will be available through our office in Dar Es Salaam - Tanzania. Exactly when the service will commence is unknown yet. However, we do expect to activate the service within a month. How to obtain the service? Through a direct contact to our office in Dar Es Salaam or by buying a Massage Gift voucher available at our Webshop. October 20, 2010 - Runner's World Marathon Challenge - Sweden

A very successful group-training concept in USA has now established in Sweden. Runner's World Marathon Challenge - Sweden is already on the run with Alfred Shemweta as one of the coaches. The concept aims at getting people train together and get prepared for the Asics Stockholm Marathon 2011. September 20, 2010 - Coaching assignments at Running Sweden

Preliminary meeting with a Stockholm-based workout company, Running Sweden, has been made whereas we'll execute some coaching assignments regularly. To begin with, we will set up a general marathon training schedule to be published by Running Sweden in few weeks.

July 25, 2010 - A succeful event!

Evening breeze of Dar Es Salaam City in Tanzania met our guests and us at a light moment, rather soft book launch event, that took place yesterday at the Southern Sun Hotel. Guest of Honour was The Chairman of National Sports Council of Tanzania Hon. Iddi Kipingu. Mujaya Suleiman Nyambui, one of the national athletics idols was among our esteemed guests. All our guests commended a great work done by the author, Alfred Shemweta, especially the book's content that was so impressive, balanced and attractive enough for sportsmen and leaders alike.

As part of health promotion or simply as a preventive measure this type of manual medicine has proved to be effective to curb painful ailments. Pre- and post event as well as rehabilitative and restorative sports massage are fully operational. This service is obtainable only in Sweden at the moment whereas online appointments scheduling service will be possible within few days.
