Treatment including: Swedish Classic Massage for pain and stress relief as well as pre- and post event, restorative and rehabilitative Sports Massage. Suites well to individuals, employees of companies, sportspersons and their club members. Treatment ranges from 30-90 minutes and pricing begins at 300 kr/hour.

Group training (less than 10 participants) or PT in running.
Enhance your physical performance (regardless your level), general health outcomes and get motivated through running - ranging from jogging to speed workouts. Again, this suits individuals as well as groups of friends/colleagues and training sessions are arranged to accomodate your preference. Training sessions are about 75 minutes.

Pricing is normally based on the number of words in the target language text, i.e. Swedish (calculated in Word for Windows) and currently it is SEK 3.25 per word (including VAT). Otherwise, difficulty level and language combination as well as technical, financial and advertising texts are usually calculated at higher prices.
